Afterschool Club Information
Dear CCSMS Families and Scholars,
We are excited to have our after school activities starting this week. These opportunities help build citizenship and leadership in our scholars and create a positive culture at CCSMS. Most clubs start wrapping up by 4:25 pm with pick and buses in the back of the school at 4:30 pm.
Please take the time to complete this form weekly so that your scholar's club advisor is aware of your intention for your scholar to attend and we know how they are getting home. It is important that we have this information for safety purposes. If this information is not given, your scholar may not be able to stay for any after-school clubs and/or activities.
Ms. Doctor is the Afternoon Academy Coordinator and will assist with the coordination of the Clubs and Activities this year. She is here to support our club advisors and scholars on the Tuesdays and Thursdays. Safety is her first priority each day.
Ms. Hosig is our STEM Team and Academic Competition Coordinator this year and will provide additional supports for those related teams. Any middle school scholars interested in participating in STEM teams should complete this form.
Each week, we ask the families of our scholars staying after school to complete this form, so we are aware of who is staying and how they are getting home on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
